Holidays, calories and stress... The survival guide.


Do the upcoming holidays and any kind of gatherings make you feel bad and fill you with anxiety because you're thinking about calories?

Do you head to friend or family gatherings and tell yourself you won't eat much, but a few hours later, you feel uncomfortable and bloated because you overate?

Do you promise yourself this was the last time?


If the above describes your days, I have to tell you that you are not alone and that you can very easily get out of this path.


It is helpful to consider the following;


  1. There is always more than enough food at any celebration or meal, for more people than there are guests.

  2. The human being gets satisfied by its eyes. The more, the better. When it comes to stomach, this is not the same.

  3. Man is fed to live and not the other way around.

  4. Tell yourself it's just a meal. It's not the last time you'll eat and I'm sure your last meal wasn't hours or days ago.

  5. At any time, if you feel hungry, you can easily satisfy this feeling.

  6. The hostess of the holidays feast will be more than happy to give you food for home.

  7. Even if you eat a lot, don't fill yourself with regrets and don't be your own harshest judge. Enjoy every moment with your loved ones and if you feel, that you need a little more help, I'm here for you.❤️
